MISSION
Why do it?
Women go through many turning points in life, such as marriage, childbirth, and nursing care. I have seen many women quit their jobs at each turning point, and many of them become isolated from society.
Many people worry that they no longer feel their own value when they leave society due to changes in their life stage.
Our company aims to create an environment/platform where women can continue to work no matter what stage of life they are in. We will build a safety net for women’s lives.
We also want to be like a family, helping each other, halving our sadness and doubling our joy.
Furthermore, we are convinced that creating such a place for women to play an active role will improve the shortage of human resources in many small and medium-sized enterprises.
Currently, the shortage of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises is a serious problem, but companies also need to make considerable efforts to realize a work style that suits the changing lifestyles of women.

Therefore, we stand between these SMEs and the workforce (women), and act as a slope to bridge the gap between the two. By recruiting, managing, and training the workforce, we make it easier for SMEs to secure personnel, which will lead to increased sales.
Through these activities, we hope to make as many women as possible happy, solve the human resources problems of as many companies as possible, and further energize Japan with the smiles of everyone involved in this business.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
Qlein Co., Ltd. was established with the aim of creating a society in which women at various stages of life can maximize their abilities and continue to shine as professionals.
As a working woman, I have personally experienced the difficulty of balancing a career with life events such as marriage, childbirth, childcare, and elderly care. At the same time, I have also seen the current situation in which many companies are facing issues such as chronic labor shortages and the personalization of highly specialized administrative and back-office work.

In order to solve these social issues, we are building and operating a “new platform that allows women to continue working regardless of any changes in their circumstances, such as marriage, childbirth, childcare, and elderly care.” By creating an environment where women can work flexibly according to their own lifestyles, we can provide our customers with high-quality, stable services. We believe that this system is Qlein’s strength and the value it can contribute to society.

As a “group of administrative professionals,” we do not simply handle our clients’ back-office operations, but also provide consistent support from operational design to streamlining and automation, and will accompany our clients as a reliable partner so that they can focus on their core business and expand their business.
